Creative approach

Sanae started her Journey in complementary health in 2003. Ten years working in the fashion industry prompted this; she felt it was an unhealthy lifestyle due to the high levels of stress within the workplace. Due to this unsatisfactory environment, Sanae felt that something had to be done to ease work tension and pressure for city and office workers.

Apart from this Sanae has also practiced yoga as a form of de-stressing which enhanced her understanding the connection between the body's mental and physical state. This also began her awareness for the urgent need for a more holistic approach to life. Yoga allowed her to acquire a greater understanding of the body's energy systems and mechanical workings. Currently, she also practices rolfing-movement and meditation, which allows her mind and body to be more inter-connected which also raises her spiritual awareness.

Her formal qualifications include Craniosacral Therapy (CCST- college of craniosacral therapy), Holistic massage(ITEC), Indian head, Shiatsu/Acupressure Massage, Thai foot- massage, Chinese reflexology, Pregnancy massage, Hands free (deep tissue) massage, Neuro-Muscular Technique, Reiki master, and has finished Zen shiatsu foundation course(BSS-Do).

She is fully insured and members of The Complementary Therapist Association (CThA).

She is an intuitive talent that possesses a wide range of understanding in relation to the mental, spiritual and psychical aspects for the well being of her clients. Due to her diverse experience and training she is able to combine her skills to design tailor-make treatments to suit the individuals needs.

She currently works at Chi-yu wellness centre in bond street and Savana Spa in west London.
